Performer Guidelines

  • All performers remain unannounced before the event — no names, no billing, no previews.
  • You may not promote your performance at SABAY PARADE in advance.
  • There is no funding, appearance fee, or technical budget — this is for the joy of shared expression.
  • You are free to reveal your participation only after the parade has concluded.

This approach honors our core belief: that visibility and celebration are for everyone — not just for names, brands, or stages.
