Important Performer Guidelines:
- All performers remain unannounced before the event — no names, no billing, no previews.
- You may not promote your performance at SABAY PARADE in advance.
- There is no funding, appearance fee, or technical budget — this is for the joy of shared expression.
- You are free to reveal your participation only after the parade has concluded.
