Vendor Opportunities

The SABAY PARADE 2026 is opening limited slots for vendors who align with our vision of unity, inclusion, and celebration. From food and drinks to crafts, wellness, advocacy, and LGBTQIA+ products — this is your chance to serve a vibrant, diverse crowd along the parade route and finale grounds.

Available Vendor Categories

  • Food & Beverage Stalls
  • Creative Arts, Pride Merchandise & Apparel
  • Wellness / Community Services
  • LGBTQIA+ Advocacy & Info Booths
  • Experiences: Photo Booths, Interactive Art

Vendor Responsibilities

  • Bring your own canopy/tent (max 3m x 3m)
  • Comply with LGU safety, fire, and sanitation standards
  • Be fully set up by 12 noon on event day
  • Respect parade themes and promote inclusive, family-friendly content

Requirements

  • Valid Business Permit or Barangay Clearance
  • Product Photos or Sample Menu (PDF or JPG)
  • Own signage and minimal decor encouraged
  • Vendor Fee: PHP 3,000 (non-food) / PHP 5,000 (food/drink)

How to Apply

Vendor slots are limited and subject to approval. To be considered, please email vendor@sabay.ph with the following:

  • A full description of your vendor booth and what you plan to offer at the parade
  • Product Photos or Sample Menu (PDF or JPG)
  • A copy of your valid Business Permit or Barangay Clearance

The deadline to apply is January 20, 2026. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
